If I consider my penchant for becoming painfully bored with things and my conflicting desire to spend this year creating new habits then I need a mechanism that includes novelty and consistency.

I’m going to try the 12 week year idea. Actually, I’m just inspired by the idea. For 12 weeks I will do things the way I am now and then I’ll take a week to reflect and consider what to do next. Rinse and repeat all year and…we’ll see what happens.
